A 2024, el Banco cuenta con más de 470 perfiles de mujeres con alto desarrollo profesional.

Eighty percent 80% Eighty percent have experience on boards of directors in Colombia and beyond, 41% are presidents, general managers or executive directors in the companies and organizations where they work, that is, they fulfill the main executive’s role, and another 55% are part of senior management teams, occupying vice-presidencies or the role of deputy managers. Ninety percent of the women are bilingual, 64.8% have studied abroad, and 17% have work experience in other countries. The Resume Bank has lawyers, business administrators, economists, industrial, civil, production, systems, chemical, electrical and electronic engineers, social communicators and journalists, psychologists, financiers, social workers, anthropologists and architects.

Among these women are experts in sustainability, corporate governance, corporate affairs, leadership and strategy, economics and finance, digital innovation and transformation, human talent, sales and marketing, business strategy, public affairs, public policy, law, project management, risk management, entrepreneurship, family businesses and succession plans, corporate law, communications, commercial law, financial law and labor law, among others. Seventy-six percent have also been part of the Women on Boards of Directors Leadership Initiative where Aequales, ANDI, Deloitte, CESA’s Center for Corporate Governance Studies, the Colombian Institute for Corporate Governance, the IFC of the World Bank Group and Page Executive have strengthened their corporate governance knowledge and their leadership skills.

Con este capital humano hemos recibido consulta por parte de 318 empresas u organizaciones a enero de 2024, a las cuáles se les ha presentado más de 4,300 perfiles que se ajustan a las necesidades de las mismas, y hemos alcanzado de manera exitosa 49 posiciones en juntas directivas, 37 posiciones en juntas asesoras, 3 posiciones en comités asesores de la alta gerencia y 6 posiciones en cargos C level. Lo anterior nos enorgullece, pero a la vez nos muestra que la tarea no es sencilla.  Nos enorgullece, porque la principal ganancia está en demostrarle al sector empresarial que Colombia cuenta con el capital humano femenino para ocupar posiciones de liderazgo en el sector empresarial. Pero a la vez nos muestra que la tarea es compleja y que conquistar espacios tomará su tiempo.
